We use a number of different platforms to deliver solutions. Depending on the nature of the project will determine which platforms we use.

No. We require that you have a brand identity already established for your mobile app.

For mobile apps developed on no-code platforms, exclusive ownership, authorship ,and copyright, may belong to the platform the app is developed on and they may grant you a royalty free non-exclusive license for your mobile app as an end product. Please read the terms and service of the platform chosen in your solution carefully.

For custom code projects developed by Brand Reactor, we grant our clients an unlimited, unrestricted, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide and nonexclusive use (unless such rights are specified otherwise within the scope of work).

We do not grant exclusive rights by default so that code we write can be re-used and re-purposed to achieve similar functionality in other projects, patterns, and libraries, unless the code is other wise negotiated in the agreement as exclusive and work-made-for-hire. Exclusive rights should only be sought for custom code that is not utility, and at the core of your intellectual property.

For example, new code that creates a calendar widget using a third-party calendar library for your project is not novel and likely is not central to the Intellectual Property of your project.

Where as, code that establishes a new Face Recognition algorithm for your mobile app concept, is a great candidate for an exclusive development agreement. In such a case, an agreement establishing exclusive client ownership can be arranged at an additional cost.

No. Brand Reactor will not be considered staff, employee, team member, or partner in your company, business, organization, or startup. We wont' attend your regular company meetings in regards to your product development.
